What made you choose this menopause coaching diploma instead of other options?

Carla Heilbron: I've been coaching women dealing with infertility for the past 12 years, so hormones and cycles are not rare for me and and still I was not prepared at all for menopause. After my experience, I decided I wanted to educate women so they didn't have to go through it without any information or support. So I did what I usually do research and learn everything I can about this transition. But what I found was overwhelming, confusing, and sometimes not even backed by science. That's when I learned about Lauren's certification. So I went through her three day class and really liked the way she delivered the information. So it was very easy to understand and at the same time, it was backed by data. So we had a call. She explained the whole process, the Zoom meetings that are mostly led by her. If not, she has experts that come in. Uh, there's a lot of reading material, uh, scripted menopause plan, and then we also have time to practice within our group all the skills that we are learning. So, it basically had everything I wanted and I decided to go and and get the certification.

What specific challenge or uncertainty did you have before enrolling, and how has the training resolved that?

Carla Heilbron: This was the first training I've taken that's based in the UK, so I was afraid of the language, mostly the accent, and also the expertise of the people in the cohort. I was not sure if there were going to be a lot of uh doctors or people in the medical field or with a lot, lot, lot of experience and that I would be somehow left behind. Once I was in the training, I realized that all the recordings had subtitles, so that helped me a lot when I had difficulty understanding someone in the class. And then with the women, I found amazing ladies all willing to support and learn from each other. So it was an amazing experience.

How has this diploma changed your confidence, career, or business results so far?

Carla Heilbron: On a personal level, going through these 18 weeks have helped me prioritize and focus on small actions. Um, the next steps, the things that I can implement immediately that can create an impact in my life, and they have boosted my confidence in my ability to actually do them and see changes. From a professional perspective, I've learned skills and information. That have helped me feel more confident with my clients every time I finish a session from the menopause plan and they have that aha moment, that smile, that insight, it's definitely a big win. As Lauren says, trust in the process is a big part of it. Also, it has allowed me to focus on the areas I want to develop within my business, working on new programs for Latin American women.

What surprised you most about the experience?

Carla Heilbron: Two things have surprised me the most. First, Lauren's willingness to help us and support us at all times, making sure all of our questions are answered. Um, seeing her passion in delivering this program so more and more women around the world have access to this plan. has been incredible. And the second is um working with so many women from different parts of the world, learning from each other, sharing experiences, and seeing the desire to share this knowledge has been inspiring.

Who would you recommend this diploma to, and why?

Carla Heilbron: I would recommend this program to anyone interested in learning about menopause. For coaches or women interested in working in this area, for HR or any leader within an organization that is ready to create changes that can impact women. For any woman that just wants the information to understand what is going on and how she can support herself during this transition. I believe all that we've learned can impact the life of many people, and everybody has at least one woman in their lives that they can help, a coworker, a mother, a daughter, a friend, a partner, someone they just met. With this diploma, you will have the skills to guide them and um empower them to make the changes they want in order to have a smoother ride, smoother ride to remind them that they can um keep working on their personal and professional projects and live the life they want and they deserve.
