What made you choose this menopause coaching diploma instead of other options?

anne-sophie hulett: All the menopause coaching tuitions I could find looked either too short or too rushed or just not the right fit for me. When I started to look at the coaching diploma at women of a certain stage, I was so impressed by how professional it seemed. Yet the communication I had with Lauren was honest, authentic, and super engaging. Lauren talked about menopause with passion and expertise. And she has developed a super unique and actionable plan to support women struggling through menopause and help them navigate a major transition in their life. To me, it was a fantastic framework that she has carefully and professionally crafted. It is very well structured, and it is an amazing tool to help women blossom again and recover agency over their own life.

What specific challenge or uncertainty did you have before enrolling, and how has the training resolved that?

anne-sophie hulett: Before enrolling, I was in a limbo situation where I needed a change of direction in my life. My kids had left the nest. I had been a Pilates instructor for 20 years, and I now wanted a renewal in my career and in my life, something to add to my skills. So I just needed to adjust the compass really. I knew where I wanted to go. But I needed the qualification and mostly this little kick to go forward and get moving. And this is exactly what Lauren's training gave me some very professional and up to-date knowledge and above all, the confidence, the courage, the support to start my new venture.

How has this diploma changed your confidence, career, or business results so far?

anne-sophie hulett: Now I feel ready to start as a menopause coach. I'm still in contact with all the women in my cohort, and we exchange experience, tips, and support. It's super powerful to be part of a community of like-minded people. It's like a scaffolding ready to support you if you start wavering a bit too much.

What surprised you most about the experience?

anne-sophie hulett: I had never experienced a coaching session before enrolling. And I imagined it to be a bit more directive and a bit more like a mentoring or education session. It is quite different though, and I realize how powerful it can be. It is just about holding a safe space for women and give them the tools to manage their symptoms and take agency over their own life. In fact, this course has deeply changed the way I interact with others in general. I listen more and better. I talk less. I interrupt less. I ask more open questions. And I find that my relationships are smoother and less conflictual. And I feel more apt to help and support people in a respectful and compassionate way.

Who would you recommend this diploma to, and why?

anne-sophie hulett: Every person who is keen to help and support others would love this programme. It asks the right questions. It steers things in the right direction. It gives you a fantastic and valuable set of skills that can create genuine transformation for menopausal women.
