What made you choose this menopause coaching diploma instead of other options?

Andrea Loveridge: Hi, I chose Lauren's Women of a Certain Stage diploma because it was evidence based. It had a huge, resource library and, had a really structured and thorough training programme. What was also nice is we had to do two training clients. So although I'm an experienced therapist and coach, I could still ensure that I was capturing the quality and the Knowledge that Lauren is sharing with us.

What specific challenge or uncertainty did you have before enrolling, and how has the training resolved that?

Andrea Loveridge: As part of my services, I want to do no harm. I want to support and, enable women to blossom and flourish and to make life choices that are right for them. Many menopause coaching certificates. Are so basic. They give you the fact at the time, but actually there's no evidence base behind them and there's no Ongoing updated resources. So I found that the Become a Menopause coach, training and postgraduate resource library enables me to Offer women the best service and the. Most holistic service. So we look at menopause lifestyle without judgement and support every woman to be themselves.

How has this diploma changed your confidence, career, or business results so far?

Andrea Loveridge: Completing training enables me to add menopause coaching either as a stand-alone 7 week programme or as an encompassing embodied coaching with menopause coaching 12 week series. So women can gain the information, the confidence and the forward journeying that they, they wish.

What surprised you most about the experience?

Andrea Loveridge: Having such, having such a varied group of individuals on the training was so refreshing. I'm so used to going on courses where it's just, healthcare professionals and, just being able to learn from women from all walks of life and hearing their experiences and hearing their energy and enthusiasm for life and for promoting women's self-worth and, and, rights was just beautiful.

Who would you recommend this diploma to, and why?

Andrea Loveridge: This training would be invaluable to anybody who wishes to support women. And their families, and their businesses and their employers. So as we move forward in this world of forever chemicals, of environmental exposures, of epigenetics changing, the way our bodies respond, the food, processing, within our world. There's a myriad of things that are making Women's hormonal transitions and cyclical living so so so different from even 1520 years ago. So this diploma equips anybody who wishes to work or collaborate with women. As they move forward in their life.
