What made you choose this menopause coaching diploma instead of other options?

Alison Allen: Coaching diploma instead of others, I attended a webinar, um, that Lauren delivered, and I really liked the sound of it. I really liked everything about the, the 18 week programme, but not only the 18 week programme, all of the other learning, the resources, the experts that come into the programme. And also the continuous support following the completion of the programme for 12 months. So I, I felt that it was a really well rounded programme that I could learn a lot from. Not only like I said, not just from Lauren but from the, the guest experts that came into the programme from fellow coaches, and take this back into my business with me to enhance my offerings to clients.

What specific challenge or uncertainty did you have before enrolling, and how has the training resolved that?

Alison Allen: Done a lot of work over the years in the menopause space from a corporate perspective whilst I was employed and also since I've set up my own business, I wanted to have a qualification behind me to enhance my credibility when I'm speaking to to potential clients, whether that's corporate organisations or individuals who who are interested in menopause coaching. So completing the diploma has given me that. That confidence to um to have the qualification behind me to, to um, To enhance these conversations, not only, like I say corporately, but also with individuals and 1 to 1 and it's really given me, A lot more. A lot more confidence in my abilities as well because it's really enhanced my learning. So even though I came into the programme feeling that I knew quite a, quite a lot about menopause from a workplace perspective as a HR professional and also from supporting individuals, it gave me a lot more more knowledge, a lot more. It broadened my, my knowledge base and I did a lot of depth to it that I can take now into into supporting my clients.

How has this diploma changed your confidence, career, or business results so far?

Alison Allen: Really massively increase my confidence and widen my knowledge base, as I said before, you know, not just learning from Lauren but also learning from all the experts that come into the programme and what it's done for my business is, I'm not one that that offers um like standard workshops to my clients, so I always bespoke the sessions depending upon the client's needs. So by learning from, from Lauren and all the experts and having a bank of knowledge there that I can go back to, it's really enabled me to widen the support and the, the, Subject matters of the workshops that I can offer and bespoke them even, even more really to, to my clients.

What surprised you most about the experience?

Alison Allen: Most about the experience I would say is. The, the level and depth of the content that is delivered within the diploma. So it's not just the delivery from Lauren, but all of her guest experts that come in and um, The learnings that I've taken away from each of the different guest experts who come in with a different angle of knowledge and support and expertise, you know, it's absolutely invaluable. And not only that, like I said, the, the, the resource bank that comes with the course that you keep access um to for for at least 12 months afterwards is absolutely invaluable.

Who would you recommend this diploma to, and why?

Alison Allen: Anybody who is looking to enhance and broaden the, the knowledge of menopause, whether they want to go into a career of menopause coaching or corporate training, or even if it's just an individual who wants to enhance their own. Knowledge to support themselves going through their own menopause journey, you know, I think that it's a fantastic um course that that anybody would benefit from really so I'd I'd highly recommend it to anybody who would be interested. You know, first, go along to one of Lauren's um webinars or free teachings and then have a conversation with her and you know, make your decision from there, but I would personally highly recommend it.
