Hey, good morning, fellow uh window repair shoppers, um. Great little story. I run a school that has, uh, hundreds, maybe thousands of windows. I needed some parts, ordered what I needed the first time, and I could not figure out what I needed or what I got the second time. Call them up. Uh, customer service was amazing. Uh, they helped me sort out the order exactly what I needed for the 2nd time, 2nd round of parts that I needed without knowing any of the model numbers or any of the part numbers for what they sent me the first time, and it's been just a pleasure shopping there.
