Hi, I'm Kim Nichols, Founder and CEO of Franklin Apprenticeships. Let me tell you why our clients love working with us. Traditional tech recruiting and placement models just aren't cutting it anymore in today's tight labor market, with 40% of tech vacancies remaining unfilled each month. It's clear there simply aren't enough qualified people out there. We equip them with a couple hundred hours of industry leading technical training and professional skills development and about 75 hours of hands on success coaching. Our apprenticeship program is a game changer. It gives employers a new source of diverse talent to fill those critical tech roles and the results speak for themselves. And we couldn't be prouder. Our apprentices have a 94% retention rate and that's because we deliver competent, motivated and loyal tech workers. Employers tell us Franklin apprentices become outstanding employees.
