How would you approach negotiating with insurance companies on behalf of a client?
Mohammad Mubarak: Negotiation is an art and even more so with an insurance company, a lot of times the insurance adjusters have blinders on, they can only see with limited vision. And so you have to expand their vision and you have to most importantly, show them that they have more to lose unless they settle with you. And that's where the leverage comes in. It's important to have leverage when you're negotiating. And with an insurance company, you actually have to create leverage to force them to pay you what you want them to pay otherwise they won't pay it, they won't do it. They're not, uh they're not a good neighbor.
