Lisa McCoy : Hi, I'm Lisa McCoy Charleston, West Virginia. I think my health insurance Medicaid actually helped the family and I think it was a great improvement and I really, really love it and I think it's amazing, but I do think there's other things that could be, um, added. I have went through the renewal process and it been quite tedious. I think it's been document after document page after page which has been a little bit of a struggle anytime I'm calling and I'm speaking to someone other customer service. A CSR representative, there's long waits. Um, lots of attitude and not detailed information or either there's a thick accent, misconnection, miscommunication and not give me exactly what I need. That's where it becomes frustrating and even challenging at times what I've noticed. Um, is that sometimes when you're trying to seek out assistance or look for someone to work with you, you're not able to find that support. Health insurance is a great thing and it depends on the benefits and if you understand what's under your policy, it can be helpful and useful for you. A lot of us don't understand what's under it. We don't understand the development, we don't understand the customization of it and sometimes we just get lost in the shuffle.
