Speaker: Pastor Rick Crawford, Perry United Methodist Church
Pastor Rick Crawford: Hello, I am Pastor Rick Crawford. I am at Perry Memorial United Methodist Church. And today I'm reaching out to you as a member of the bishop's lead team. As you can see, I'm in the sanctuary at Perry's today and selfishly, it really is. Um it's one of the great things about being a pastor. I get to be in here when it's nice and quiet. And if I do say so, I feel like this is where I do some of my best work, not on Sunday's preaching, although I have done a good sermon or two with the, the good work I think I'd get to do is on my knees at this altar here praying. I just want you to know that every single time I hit my knees here, my prayers are for you. The United Methodist Church, the West Virginia conference, the churches, the pastors, the Laity. I am always, always in prayer for you all. Won't you all pray with me today? Dear heavenly Father God as your people, we try to do your work to do your bidding. So oftentimes, we hear the voices from the outside and struggle to hear yours we pray lord that your voice be the loudest and that your voice be the one that guides us before we pray this in Jesus name. I mean, thank you all.
