Hi, this is Michael Eastep, Pastor of Life, United Methodist Church in Fairmont, Mon Valley District and first reserve clergy delegate to the general conference. We're finishing up our first week of general conference here. Legislative committees are still debating amending, perfecting, referring, voting down. Uh, petitions. My group, the local church legislative committees just finished their work and um it went very well. Um, things were debated, amended, some things were approved, not approved and referred to the plenary session which is coming up next week. Um, the worship has been powerful preaching has been inspired. Fellowship's been good and sweet and I'm tired. I've got a big headache. Um, but my heart is at peace because I, I sense the Holy Spirit work. Thank you guys for your prayers. Greatly appreciated.
