I wanted to introduce you to a unique program that we've developed here at Align HCM called Project Readiness. Project Readiness is a series of workshops that we will walk you through prior to project launch. So in the coming weeks, you'll receive an invitation from your project manager to begin project readiness workshops. We'll cover things like reviewing the statement of work and project expectations timeliness and of course, any inherent risks that come with your project.
