What has WE Lead meant for you personally or professionally?

Dr. Angela McCall Hill: WE Lead has meant a lot to me personally and professionally. I'll start with professionally. So when I was transitioning from one school district to another school district, I was able to reach out to Lillie and network with some other ladies in the weekly network to find find my next place of employment. So I really needed that. Also. The conferences that I've attended, and the online discussions that we have had has helped me to think broadly about what I do as a school leader, and also to gain new ideas of how to improve in, um, school leadership. Personally, it's just been inspiring to be around other female leaders as we walk through things personally and professionally. It's just good to know that you're not by yourself. So it's meant a lot to me. I think anytime you can be around other women who are doing, work in the educational landscape, I just think it's, it's always better. You can't do things alone. And so for me, I can't say which one weighs more to me which more is more important, professional or personal, but I'll just say that for me, I'm a better person because of my network and WE Lead.
