What is the most valuable thing that you learned from the Emerge program?
Manfred Lange: My name is Manfred Langer. I'm a Senior Associate Talent Relations in Europe, Asia. Many valuable things were delivered during the Emerge Program. When I have to choose one thing, the personal leadership brand exercise I found very helpful. This was to think about what do I want to achieve and how I want to come across in the organization. Then you build your own brand statement and you can keep yourself real.
What was your experience like with your peer group?
Manfred Lange: My name is Manfred Langer. I'm a senior associate in Talent relations, Europe Asia. My peer group during the emerged program was great fun. We had a very diverse team which made it so interesting to share different experiences and mindsets. It was a safe space and we learned a lot together. I am happy that I could wide my trustful and talented network within Wayfair.
How has Emerge helped you on your management/leadership journey at Wayfair?
Manfred Lange: My name is Manfred Langer. I'm a senior Associate in Talent relations, Europe Asia. The emerged leadership program helped me to get a better understanding of the values we pursue at Wayfair, how to get there and that we have an aligned approach in the organization. I can really recommend the program to any new and also to experienced managers.
