Speaker: Greg Picard, Service Technician
What’s your position and when did you join the team?
Greg Picard: cooling. I first joined Watkins Heating & Cooling in 2016 and I'm currently a service technician.
Where did you work prior to Watkins?
Greg Picard: I actually worked a lot of factory jobs. I did a lot of assembly line kind of jobs where you're standing for eight hours a day and producing parts. But actually there was a period in between where I was just a stay at home dad for about two years. So yeah, I went from stay at home dad to being in the HVAC industry.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Greg Picard: I get to go into customer's homes and attempt to bring their system a little more in line with what is optimal.
Greg Picard: And it's different home to home. Every home has different needs.
Greg Picard: I try to leave the place better than I found it. I try to leave the system in a better place than I found it.
