What do you like most about your role?
Goodness Ohanyere: What I like about my role is the opportunity. It gives me to learn about the iGaming industry. It's a very fast paced environment and working from project to project gives me the opportunity to learn new things. It can be very challenging and interesting at the same time. But most of all, I love the the fulfillment that comes with seeing the projects that we work on go live and you really see people interacting, you see the statistics and it's actually very fulfilling.
How is WA.Technology different from the companies you have worked for in the past?
Goodness Ohanyere: Working in WA.Technology has been so amazing. It's been fun. Here's some of the things I love about working here. Firstly, WA.Technology supports a work life balance and that is something that I am very big on. My time is well respected. I don't get assigned tasks outside work hours and breaks are always encouraged.
Goodness Ohanyere: Also, the company organizes physical events that allows for workers to meet. And that is something that is important to me considering the fact that I work remotely. Meeting my teammates physically and bonding with them increases interpersonal relationships. Secondly, WA.Technology creates an environment that allows me to grow in my career. I have access to various learning materials and courses that would help me sharpen my skills. I think that's really interesting. Thirdly, WA.Technology allows me to think outside the box, it provides an environment where I can, you know, be creative. The meetings are usually very engaging
