Why are video testimonials important to your organization?
Rebecca Gitomer: As a non profit organization, CareerVillage really does need to show the impact that we're having instead of telling it. And so Vocal Video has been a really important platform we've utilized to share the stories from our students, from our educators, from our professionals to really show the the diverse and vast impact that we are having.
How are you using Vocal Video?
Rebecca Gitomer: So I work for the non profit organization called CareerVillage.org We help democratize access to career advice for underserved youth. And we've been using Vocal Video to gather testimonials from our students, from our educators and from professionals all on our platform to really share the impact that we're having and give kind of a face and a voice to the beneficiary.
If you had to describe Vocal Video in a couple of sentences, what would you say?
Rebecca Gitomer: Vocal Video is really just an easy, seamless way to collect high quality videos from your end users from your beneficiaries, from your customers and have it be compiled in a really neat video that's easy to share with your audience and really show the value of the work that you're doing.
How do you use testimonial videos from Vocal Video?
Rebecca Gitomer: So we share the testimonial videos from Vocal Video to our social media and other channels. To really share with interested parties, interested stakeholders in our work. And to get interest from new students, from new educators, and from new professionals to use our platform and volunteer. So we're just sharing them kind of wherever we can.
Would you recommend others try Vocal Video? Why?
Rebecca Gitomer: Okay, if you're looking for a cohesive way to track customer testimonials, really, to get strong content for your brand, you have to use vocal video. It is so great for all of that and more, Um, it's so easy to use, and I would just definitely recommend it.
