Speaker: Ben Tellez, SVP Global Sales Programs | EIMS
What was your experience working with Ayman?
Ben Tellez: So my experience working with Ayman was a very, very interesting one. He did a great job for us. I worked with Ayman. I managed Ayman directly for about three years. He was one of our sales leaders selling technology for different brands in some of our offices in in the US. He's very diligent. He's excellent. He's a great leader. He's a passionate man that knows how to get the best out of people.
How would you describe Ayman's ability to lead, get results, and contribute to team culture?
Ben Tellez: So Ayman's ability to lead, commercial teams is, is he's a natural, he's a natural this guy. And more importantly, he's extremely reliable. He shows up, he's ready to go. The first guy. And ready to instill all that energy that commercial teams sometimes need, uh, and ready to do whatever it takes for them. He's very funny as well. He's a great guy to have in the office managing your teams. You always see that positive energy that you need in a sales team that kind of like comes in and says we're gonna get this done. We're gonna, we're gonna hit the numbers, you know, and you want that positive energy, you want that positive direction and leadership and Ayman always brought that to the floor. I never, I never remember seeing Ayman kind of like sad or depressed or down. He was always up, he was always leading and most importantly, he was leading from the front and he would even sit down and show the guys how it's done. He would pick up the phone and he would do the hard work. I would say that a man likes to lead sales teams from the trenches.
Is there anything else you would like to share?
Ben Tellez: Yeah, and a sign of Ayman's, uh, very impressive, leadership qualities. He's a great human being. Right? So, and we want more of those around in the offices particularly in fierce, you know, target driven environments. It's important to have great people around aside of not just kind of like being talented and, very qualified sales leaders, but, you know, the human aspect of it. I believe that it is really important as well. And Ayman is a fantastic, fantastic man to have around.
