Could you describe a time that Voltage helped you?
Matt Weir: Hello, I launched a new business this year selling products on Amazon and I followed Voltages system and they are the big reason why I was able to launch that business and begin selling products online. And in fact, their system was made, it uh made it so that I could do it efficiently, easily and do it as well as I could in the time that I did it. And along the way, they were there cheering me along and encouraging me and giving me resources to do that. So really they benefited me in many ways this year and I appreciate all the help and I would highly recommend them.
How would you describe Voltage in three words?
Matt Weir: If I would describe Voltage. In three words, I would say start with professional, they're very professional, everything they do has that professional air to it. They um work hard to maintain that and they give you resources that are professional as a business owner. Uh That's something that's important because you want to also project that air of professional uh to uh your customers. And I think that's a big benefit. They're also helpful. They are there to help you out, they're there to take questions, you can reach out to them in many different ways and they are have been there before they know what to do and they can provide that help for you because they've often run into some of the, the issues that you may have done and they can provide um helpful hints and tricks and tips to get you around issues you might have and lead you in the right direction. And finally, they're knowledgeable. Again, I mentioned they've done this before. They have the experience to know what to do next to meet uh a roadblock and get past it with their knowledge and their expertise and they're willing to share that with you and I think that's great. And so if that's, uh, those are the three words I would use professional knowledge and helpful.
Why is Voltage different from other similar consulting, training or programs / services?
Matt Weir: So the reason I believe that Voltage is different, what sets them apart is really, first of all, they're your biggest cheerleaders, they really want you to succeed and they have a vested interest in your success. And I think that's great and it shows in how they treat you and uh the amount of effort they are willing to put in to help you. And that's excellent. And um also they are um provide great resources. Again, it's based on the knowledge and the experience they've had and those resources set them apart. They're, they're excellent resources, the professional resources and they can set your business apart from other folks that are trying to do the same thing and give you a competitive advantage. And then finally, their systems are clear, their systems are thorough, they're detailed, but yet they're done in a way that make them easy to understand and easy to put into practice and the things that you don't understand or maybe can't figure out how to do. They're there to help you out again. And so that's what I think sets voltage apart and again, I would highly recommend them and I think they're an excellent service provider. And, uh, all the people that work for them are just, uh, wonderful people. And, uh, you know, again, are your biggest cheerleaders for getting your business to move forward and making this success.
