Speaker: Olivia Upton, Clinical Support Specialist, NOCD
Olivia Upton: It is a quick, easy, and user-friendly way to record videos.
How are you using Vocal Video at NOCD?
Olivia Upton: We are using Vocal Video to create profile videos for our therapists. These videos are intended to allow prospective members to get to know a little bit more about their potential therapist before booking an appointment with them. And Vocal Video allows us to easily have them record within their site.
What specific challenges were you trying to solve with Vocal Video?
Olivia Upton: For Vocal Video, we were specifically trying to solve the challenge of finding a platform that was user-friendly and also relatively easy for clients to record on their own devices during their own blocks of time.
Have you seen any measurable results or feedback from your team or providers?
Olivia Upton: Based on a previous platform that we were using, we have seen far less issues about userability and complaints about technical difficulties and also the editing feature has made it very quick to edit clips and make changes to videos on the end of the editor's side, and on the end of the recording side, having different clips that are recorded separately, by question, has been very helpful to allow people to record shorter videos and then be able to redo them and not feel like they have to redo a full 10 minute video.
Would you recommend others try Vocal Video? Why?
Olivia Upton: Yes, I would definitely recommend Vocal Video. It is a quick, easy, and user-friendly way to record videos. You will have very few complaints from users, and you can send out emails easily, customize your video responder, and also make edits and changes to videos very quickly.
How would you describe Vocal Video?
Olivia Upton: Vocal Video is a service that allows personalized video recording and editing.
