What challenges did you have with creating video testimonials before Vocal Video?
Jennifer Elting: We found that we needed a tool that could be used anywhere at any time. So basically, we were looking for an online tool, something that didn't need to be downloaded or something to install because the people we were asking to record the videos, we wanted to make it easy for them and something that they would feel comfortable doing in their own home office or a remote location because so many of our testimonials were done during the pandemic and beyond. So basically, we were just needing something that was easy and professional looking and it was a little bit difficult to do that without our team going on site to record those professional videos.
Would you recommend others try Vocal Video? Why?
Jennifer Elting: I would definitely recommend Vocal Video to others. It's so easy to use. There's nothing to download, nothing to install. So my users were very comfortable using the tool. I've heard nothing but great things from those that I've asked to record videos from me. It's super easy for me as the one that is responsible for editing, branding and finalizing the video. There's not much for me to do and a little bit of that I have to do the tools are there within the Vocal Video features.
