Speakers: Heather O'Donnell, MIS and Senior Project Manager, CEG Worldwide
Heather O'Donnell: Hi there. We use Vocal Video for recruiting and to collect testimonials from webinars and conferences. It's a fantastic tool, especially for marketing. We take these videos that we get from events and we're able to use these in emails, social media and our landing pages. And it's a fantastic tool to increase our conversion rates.
What’s the ROI of customer testimonial videos, and how do you measure it?
Heather O'Donnell: We receive 20-plus videos per event, and our audience is online and they're live and they're interacting with us. It's a simple ask. To record videos, like the ones we're getting from Vocal Video, can be extremely time consuming and costly. Hands down. the return on investment is massive, and Vocal Video makes this easy.
Would you recommend others try Vocal Video? Why?
Heather O'Donnell: I would say just give it a try. It's pretty easy to set up. I will say I had done a lot of research and I have been looking for a video testimonial generator for several years and really no one had developed an end-to-end system for collecting video testimonials. I stumbled upon Vocal Video. I tried it out, and I tried a few other systems out too. But I will say Vocal Video is probably number one on the market for collecting video testimonials. The UI, or user interface, is excellent, very easy to use, and I like the fact that they also have email notifications when a video has come through or has been published. So there's some nice automation. Clearly someone has thought through this product. Again, we use Vocal Video for recruiting and for testimonials from our events and webinars. Give it a try. I'd recommend this tool to anyone looking to do something similar to us.
