Emily Adamiec: So my favorite thing about my current role is my clients. I have a few retainer clients and I get to meet with them weekly and I've been with their company sometimes longer than they have. So I really like that. I feel part of their organization and I'm part of their team. And I'm really happy to help with all these different industries. There's construction companies and software companies and Salesforce bridges the gap between all industries and, you know, can find solutions to help each one of them. So that's my favorite part is seeing all of my clients. And then as far as the team here at Agency 73. we have a very supportive culture, and we have fun on our daily stand-ups. It's fun seeing what everyone's interests are and, and everyone's willing to step in when, someone needs help. You know, we have a breath of knowledge from a lot of different, experiences and everyone's like, if you need someone that knows how to do this thing or that thing, you know, usually there's somebody that does and we're all willing to help each other get through those questions.

Emily Adamiec: What stands out to me with our culture is the caring and collaborative effort that everyone will make. Like everyone will be super happy to help each other out if they have a question or if they're not, they don't, you know, have as much experience on a certain Integration or something like that as someone else. Everyone's really helpful. And they're fun people, you know, like they're a generally funny, fun to hang out with group.
