Chris Dinkins: Hi. Discovery Education resources support college and career readiness by allowing our teachers to expand their own knowledge beyond what they may be aware of or what they've experienced themselves. The Discovery Ed resources allow the teachers to bring in things that support the lessons, whether it's a simple video reinforcement or it's an extension of bringing in guest speakers. It allows the teachers, our teachers, to do more with college and career readiness by sharing it with their students beyond what our students see every day. You know, a big piece of what the CTE Discovery Education, CTE lessons, how they help and support teachers that sometimes we don't always have the teachers who are best prepared to share with students. They only know their way of getting a change, achieving their career goals, so that's all that they can really speak of intelligently. But the Discovery Ed resources allows all of our teachers to really, you know, show students things that they may not be aware of, things that students could benefit from, things that could tap into students' personal career interests without having to be something that we even offer within our district. And another thing, the Discovery Education STEM career and the virtual field trips available through the resource, they really are beneficial to our teachers and our students because they allow our teachers to extend their classroom beyond our city, sometimes even beyond our state, and connecting teachers with resources, with guest speakers, with folks who can come into the classroom virtually to share their industry insights, to share their experiences to speak directly to students, you know, so what if it's only two students who have a career interest? Having the availability and access for Discovery Ed allows the teachers to support just those two students and their career interests, by exposing them or preparing them or connecting them with guest speakers or, you know, a virtual field study of an industry or company. So it really allows a great amount of flexibility. In our district, in our classrooms and across our state. So we're glad to be partnered up with Discovery Education. Thank you.
