We found out about her about Tara via, through a friend, my wife's friend and, so it was a word of mouth type of contact. We called Tara and we spoke with her and first impression, very professional, very as a matter of fact. But the one thing she wanted to have a meeting, she told us exactly how long the meeting was gonna be and it was exactly how long she said. And she did that before she wanted to sign anything. It wasn't a rush rush sign with me. No, it was like, let's have a meeting, let's discuss everything and then we could talk about signing. So before I even sign before we even sign a, a piece of paper, A contract, she had sat down with us and talked to us about everything, she, basically asked what we needed, we told the schools were important. And this, you know, and the area that we were living in, in Richmond was an area that we kinda wanted to stay in and she kept her searches basically to that area. She took my wife around, patiently looked at all the homes and everything and, really took her time. Nothing was rush, rush. Also in the meeting, I almost forgot. She knew I was, I told her I was using VA and the one thing for me was that, I currently work abroad. So my contact was gonna be the email, phone calls or, or apps and of which, I didn't know you guys didn't use whatsapp in the States as much as I use it here. And you were able, but she was able to a adapt and I had no issues even though I'm 7000 miles away, talking with her. And any time I wanted to II, I had full contact with Tara and, and her company. So I really appreciate that. Like I said, she, she stated in the meeting that, you know, the one thing telling thing for me was that she wasn't trying to find us a property. She was trying to find us a home and that went a long way, long way with me. She wasn't just trying to go, go find us a property to buy, she was finding us a home. So she stood by did the word in her country. I mean in her company way home. So that really went a long way. She was with us with the, the the entire journey from beginning to end, she stayed with us the entire time. through the through the journey from the home selection to everything and she was with us the entire way. Any questions I needed to ask any time. I'm a mortgage company, things slowed down. I would make a phone call to Tara and Tara would get it sped right back up again. You know, the entire journey went smoothly, went smoothly. I can tell you this. there was one incident with that home that we did purchase to tell you how in tune her company was with me that I was very concerned about an issue with the property that we decided to go with. She was in tune with that and she was able to take care of that. gave me suggestions on the best way I can take care of that issue and the issue was taken care of. And while I, we ended up going pressing on with the property and this is the property we, we decided to settle with, you know, so that, that, that so heads off to her to be able to read her customer I mean, her her customer like that and, , address their needs. , like I said, she was with the, , with, with, with us throughout the entire process and never left my side. And, it was really for a first time home buyer this process, with her company went really, really with her assistance, went really, really smooth and, , I really enjoyed the process, you know, I mean, it's a very large purchase for, for us and but it was done with ease and that was due to her and , and Jocelyn, I really appreciate that. Also, uh with the follow up, she does a really, she is doing a really good job with the follow up. She's, you know, calling back letting us know. Did you get this done is, everything's good to go how you enjoy enjoying the property, any problems, you know, and what I like about with, with, with her company is like you're part of a family now. Now I feel we, we feel as though we're now part of the your perfect way home family now. So that's a good thing for us, you know. So Joyce, excuse me.
