So I met Kimmy maybe about a couple of years ago. Now I walked into this nail salon and I was met with this bright radiant smile. It was just a very inviting environment. We sat down and it was kind of all she wrote. We became friends ever since that moment. And I think that one thing that sort of drew me in was she seemed to be such a genuine person. I could just tell in how she interacted with her clients that there was a great deal of dedication and commitment to her clients and making sure that they get what they want. Right? And so when I found out later that she was into real estate, um I thought that was a no brainer. Definitely she would carry those same values and that fortitude to ward those clients in whatever real estate opportunities they may be interested in.
