Hi, my name is Joanne Roundtree. I met Clyde on Facebook through a deal that I had with another investor. I mentioned that I struggle with comping properties. He admittedly pointed me in the direction of the rehab valuator website. Then offered to jump on a zoom with me to show me how to use the website. He helped me to understand analyze and comp properties and generate reports for potential buyers. It was very helpful to me.
