How did I help you on your real estate journey, and how did we work together to achieve your goals?
John Druska: Well, the truth is, Melissa did not help us on our real estate journey. She was our real estate journey. We went in utterly blind. The only expectation or, or hope we had was to purchase before interest rates went back up above 5%. So there was a little bit of a timeline and we were able to get in under that timeline because Melissa provided us with myriad choices and opportunities almost as soon as we partnered with her. Every single weekend, you know, our house hunt in the spring of 2022. Well, it took about three weeks. So it took, took longer to cross all the Ts and dot All the I's than it did to actually find the home, to craft the proper, you know, offer that would get us noticed and get us into consideration and then get us, you know, countering and that sort of thing. So it, it, it, it took longer for, you know, the bureaucracy of, of truly owning the house to, to take shape than it did for us to actually find our perfect home and that's unequivocally 100% a result of, of the guidance and knowledge of Melissa.
Based on your experience, would you recommend me to family & friends?
John Druska: I would not recommend Melissa to my family and friends. I would demand that they use her. This is, this, is this with respect? This question is outrageous. Of course, I would recommend Melissa to my family. Are you? Of course, of course, of course. This is just II I, yes, yes, yes, yes, I come on. Yeah, absolutely.
