Hi, my name is Becky. Long. My dog Lulu. Annette Boggs is definitely goes above and beyond. My husband and I moved to California from the east coast in June of 2010. And we sold our house in 2019 and, and that's the first time we met Annette, we interviewed four realtors and Annette was by far the very best. She was so prepared and answered all of our questions. We felt very much at ease with her. She really made us feel confident about selling our house. She really did right by us. She sold her house for a really good price, great price in PG. And then two years later, we decided to relocate back from the desert to the Mare Peninsula. And she said, oh, have you heard about Dal Dal Mesa Carmel? You have the 55 places.com? I said no, I haven't. So we drove up and we saw a bunch of places and we are now living on an end unit in Del Mesa Carmel. It's on the slab and it's on ground level and there were lots of windows. It's beautifully well lit. We have a nice back patio. People are so friendly here and we were lucky enough to buy it the day before it went on the market. Thanks to Annette and all of her connections, everything worked out splendidly well and I can't say enough about Annette. She is truly the best real estate agent you could find so personable, so genuine, so smart, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I mean, she will do anything you need or she needs to do to close the deal. And she's not pushy, not aggressive, not pretentious. She just very easy to be with. And she has a great family right here close by and, we can I consider her a good friend. In fact, my husband and I spent Christmas Eve dinner with her husband Kevin and they live in Del Mesa Carmel. Actually, they just moved to another place closer to the our clubhouse. But I give five plus stars to Annette. She is the best person, friend and realtor you could ever meet. So please, if you're looking to sell or buy or know anybody that needs, you know, expert advice. Call Annette Boggs, you won't, she does not disappoint. I give her five plus stars. I think I said that before. But anyway, and Lulu says she's happy. She's living here too. Thank you.
