Deon Doxie: I'm Doing this review for exp Realty, my name is Dion. I just want to talk about my experience working with Jocelyn and I'll just go and list the order 1 to 5. So what motivated me to start my home search? I think what motivated me was just as a young person, really trying to carve out some more stability in my life. I've always wanted a home but being constantly told, it just wasn't a good time and the market just, you know, and living in apartment situations that I didn't like. I finally got to a point where I had a capital to just pull the trigger. because it just, they just, I don't, I don't think that's gonna be, I think it's as good as it's gonna get for a while. So, and fortunately, you know, came across Jocelyn to really help me with that journey to what were some challenges or obstacles you encountered along the way? Being a first time home buyer, I think the biggest obstacle I found was getting access to all the information in one place I needed to make informed decisions about what was going to be best for me. I had a realtor before Jocelyn and there was, you know, some communication challenges and, and, and expectations about what the process would look like and you know, just feeling like I was on my own a lot and trying to make decisions that were good for me was the challenge. How did services help you overcome these challenges? What I think was really great about working with Jocelyn. She's a very great communicator. She's very really great helping me put timelines. And before we move to the next step, there was a lot of great clear information about what to expect from her as well as what was expected of me at various steps in the process. for what was the most rewarding part of your home journey? I don't, I don't know if there was one particular rewarding part other than, you know, being done. And, but I would say just how smooth the process was. I think, you know, working with Jocelyn and the lender that I have they worked well together and, you know, we moved smoothly from one step to the next, very easily. you know, any stress I had really came from me, you know, just taking this next step in my life. Five. Would you recommend my services to others looking to buy? So, absolutely I was recommended Jocelyn service through my own family. Uh you know, from an experience with a previous realtor, I was really frustrated and felt kind of lost with what to do next. Reaching out to my family is how I ran into Jocelyn you know, in the event that I'm looking for another home or selling a home, I would definitely recommend working with her. So, thank you.

Deon Doxie: I would definitely recommend working with Jocelyn to my family and friends. That's actually how I met Jocelyn. I met her through, my dad who had recently acquired a home with her services. I had a realtor before really frustrating time with communication and expectations about what was happening at various stages. So, I think, you know, she really excelled in communicating, you know, what was on the market, what and what the steps were going to be required of me as well as her is like trying to move along the process.
