Vito M.: Hey, everyone. My name is Vito. I've been with Flip System now for less than three months and in less than three months, I was able to acquire seven properties, two of which are currently being under rehab and the other five are set to close within the next 7 to 10 days. Uh When I first joined flip system at first, I was a little bit skeptical, but after doing my first introduction interview, I felt perfectly comfortable and everything went, uh pretty smooth from that point on once you join flip flip system, you're assigned an acquisition team, a contracting team, a property management team, uh a personal coach. And if you have any issues or any questions, your coaches are always there to, uh, provide you assistance when needed. Um I wanna give a special shout out to my coach, Mitch Sean and Antoine. They're always very willing and able to help me out. I'm very glad I joined Flip system. It's an excellent way to have an additional side income and even make a possible career out of it. How long have you been a part of FlipSystem and what kind of success have you had thus far?

Could you describe your overall experience with FlipSystem?
Vito M.: My overall experience with this system is very positive. Um Like I said previously, um I'm assigned the acquisition team, a property management team, a contracting team, a personal coach. I wanna give a shout out to my coach, Mitch Sean Potts and Antoine. They're always ready, willing and able to help me out when I have any questions or any doubts. And so far, it feels like a very family oriented environment because every Tuesday we have group calls and if you can't make the group calls because your schedule, you can always go back and watch the group calls. And we also have the app where we can ask each other questions, other flip systems, students as well. So, yeah, it's uh very happy. I joined Flip system. I have no regrets thus far. I'm very happy and uh any doubt you have, you erase it once you're part of it. Thank you.
