Describe your role and responsibilities

Neethan Ganapathi: Hi, I'm Neethan Ganapathi working as an Associate Director in Learning and Campus team for the last three years. I lead campus hiring, hackathon communication, training program and KPO hiring across the company.

Share your growth journey, highlighting any significant milestones/challenges you've overcome

Neethan Ganapathi: Over the last three years, the journey has been exhilarating to say the least be challenges at every corner during the campus hiring, meeting a stringent deadline during a KPO hiring focus on maintaining a quality while meeting the quantitative deliverables, designing various training program for fresh recruit and bench and stating the highly successful hackathon initiative, the learning curve has been steep and highly rewarding as an individual.

What inspires you the most about Virtusa's culture?

Neethan Ganapathi: A key aspect of promoting diversity and inclusion at Virtusa is leadership support. When leadership is actually involved in and champions diversity initiative, it sets the tone for the entire organization and encourage employees to all levels to embrace diversity and foster inclusivity.

How have you benefited from or contributed to Virtusa's mentoring programs?

Neethan Ganapathi: Though, I have not tried my hands at the mentoring program yet. I would love to do that sometime very soon.

Could you share an experience that demonstrates how Virtusa fosters a culture of inclusion?

Neethan Ganapathi: Among the many initiatives that virtues undertakes in keeping with ideoligies of inclusion and empowerment. One initiative particularly comes to my mind, the engineering equity hackathon as one of the kind Virtusa's global initiative called to all the talented women codes to take in charge of their career.

Describe your experience as a woman working at Virtusa, and the message you would like to share with colleagues

Neethan Ganapathi: As a woman, I feel very honored to be part of Virtusa who have come from a different company. I had a skeptical mind how would Virtusa treat But my experience with Virtusa, right from the time I've joined has been very exciting. I'm very honored to have a great leadership team within our team who encourage us and have and build a lot of trust within us. So I would strongly recommend all women to try Virtusa as your career.
