Could you describe what type of restaurant you have? Also, describe how you had to juggle multiple tablets for each delivery service.

Demetria DePaolo: So when we came in there was about six or 7 different tablets. Uber, Doordash, Slice. chownow, eatstreet, grubhub. You know, there was so many different tablets and it was frustrating right? Because when you had to change your hours or your items or things that you were out of of you didn't know when to hit ready or who to hit ready for. Like each tablet made a different type of noise. Um You didn't know where to hit ready to pick up. Like there was so many different aspects of it. That was just frustrating. But we were actually very blessed in the sense that we came across a gentleman by the name of Mark and he does V Grubs. What V Grubs has allowed us to do is put everything into one tablet. So one stop shop. Um We're able to go on the tablet. Change our hours, change our items. Um Put on hold for items that we don't have. Like there's so many there's so much more that we can do off of one tablet. Our staff knows where to go and look for completed or canceled orders. And um V Grubs also has us on automatic acceptance and then they also shut off our tablet a half hour before we close the store. So it's convenient in that sense because we don't have to go into every single tablet and close the store. We don't have to go into every single tablet and pause it. We don't have to do any of that. So V Grubs has actually made our lives so much easier. So many different. I mean ease of use what we all want as human beings and as owners and V Grubs has allowed us to do that.

Why is V Grubs different from other similar services? How did V Grubs also drive additional order traffic to your place?

Demetria DePaolo: Why is V Grubs different? Well one, it's one tablet, one stop shop. The customer service is exceptional. I don't have to sit on the phone and try to call different areas. I don't have to sit on the phone and try to call my Uber account. I don't have to sit on the phone and call my door dash account. I just call V Grubs. Right? So I speak to Mark, Um I have his cell phone available. His service has been incredible but not only has it been incredible, it's actually increased our online sales for about 23% in less than four months. That's a lot. Right? I mean 23% people don't even grow that in a year. So our online sales have literally gone from plateau to booming. And the reason for that is because V Grubs was able to create additional stores for us as well like other bagel stores other chicken stores, like a juice bar, a salad bar. So they're able to um not only expand your business but promote it to other aspects of people that just wouldn't look up a bagel store right? Because sometimes people don't want to look up a bagel store, they want to look up a wrap store or a juice store, or a burger store. Um As we all know burgers are extremely popular nowadays. But yeah V Grubs has allowed us to do that and allowed us to expand to a different set of customers as well. And um just like I said it's ease of use it's one tablet one stop shop. You just log on to one tablet to see all of your orders, your completed orders your canceled orders, anything that you need access to, you can get it off of the V Grubs tablet.

How would you describe V Grubs in three words? How can other restaurants benefit from using V Grubs?

Demetria DePaolo: That can be a little challenging because there was a lot of good things I want to say about V Grubs, but for one, "exceptional" would be a word that I would definitely use in the sense of customer service, customer service in general, right? When I call Mark, I call his team, there's always somebody to answer my call. So if something's wrong with the tablet, they'll come right out and fix it. If I'm having issues, they'll pick up the phone. Um Whatever the case scenario is exceptional, customer service would be a way that I would describe V Grubs, my second word would be "accomplishment." They have helped me accomplish so much more than what I entailed in the last four months that I bought my store. They have helped me reach a whole different set of customers. They have helped increase my sales. And that to me was an accomplishment that I wanted to do from the day that I bought the store and, three, just "fantastic." Um One tablet, one change one button to the sense that my staff, loves this. I mean they never had this before. They've been in this industry for a really long time. And honestly this was the easiest part of switching over to something new, right? Because change is hard for everybody. But this change was fantastic. Um What restaurants would benefit, you know what the truth of the matter is ease of use and one stop shop is how you benefit, right? You want to make things easy. You don't want to complicate things because online ordering can be complicated, customers can be complicated. People as us can be complicated. We're all human beings and we all do human errors. But with V Grubs you just know where to go. You know where to target, you know where to look, You know when to accept in order. You know where to hit ready. Like your staff doesn't have to try to figure out which tablet they're hitting right now, which tablets are looking at which tablet was canceled um which tablet is working, Which one is not working? So ease of use is something that I would tell every single restaurant owner is what you need in your business, right? You want to grow, you want to do better, You want your sales to increase and this is the way that you do it one stop shop.
