Hey, VEGgies, amazing job. the last few weeks talking about Shmedge their Shpikes, their core values, their ethos. There was some seriously funny and creative stuff in the comments and we're so proud of everyone for keeping it about Shmedge and not the people that work there. I know so many of us have come from a Shmedge and while we were there there was things that we wanted to change, things that no longer made sense. And for some of us, that's how we got to VEG. So we want to wrap up this whole VEG not Shmedge challenge by talking about VEG. What are some ways that you're going to commit to keeping VEG from going back to the way that it used to be?
