What does "We work for thank yous" mean to you?
Nicole: Having that thank you, that "you guys did amazing" "You did so much for me" from a client- that's what really keeps me going. and what makes me really truly love this field is that I'm able to see this super sick dog go home with this family that is beyond excited and they're thanking us for taking care of their animal and getting them back home with them.
