What does "We work for thank yous" mean to you?
Justine: To me working for thank yous means doing your best for each individual patient. Personally, I never expect to get anything for doing my job, any rewards for doing my job. But you know, when we do get those thank you letters in the mail and the google reviews that mention you by name, it definitely makes me feel like I'm actually making a difference, in the clients and in the patient's lives.
