Why did you choose Verito?
Mike Greenleaf: I chose Verito because they have an excellent reputation in the accounting community and they've earned it.
How was your transition to Verito?
Mike Greenleaf: I was very careful about the transition that I made to Verito and took my time and did it very, very carefully. They were absolutely helpful every step of the way and I really appreciate everything that they've done.
How are you enjoying the service so far?
Mike Greenleaf: I very much like dealing with the folks at Verito, particularly Sam Sharma, who's been my main contact. They've been very helpful when I call and ask for something to be fixed. It's usually fixed in minutes, not hours or days, like some cloud providers do. I have no complaints and absolute praise for all of them. They've been excellent.
How has your daily routine changed since moving to the cloud?
Mike Greenleaf: I actually moved to the cloud with another provider before I did with Verito. They were absolutely awful to deal with. But that said, being on the cloud changes my routine, daily routine. I'm able to get on the cloud and work on stuff after hours on weekends, which I don't really like to do, but I do, and it's made my life much, much easier and I don't have to worry about the problem of having a server in house and I don't have to worry about the problem of perhaps someone breaking in and stealing my server and causing a major problem for me. It's much more secure. It's very, in fact very secure and I very much like it couldn't do without it.
What would you tell someone who's thinking about switching?
Mike Greenleaf: Someone that's considering a switch to a cloud server or Verito, for example, I would tell them to be very careful research very carefully, the firm that you're dealing with and ask for references from people who who actually use their cloud server and go slow at first after you get used to it. You'll wonder why I didn't do this before, but it still pays to be careful and and and of course, that's always always the case in our in our business.
