The way that Velocity's business model is set up is that the recruiting process is broken down into several different departments. Therefore each department is interdependent and every single employee is vital to the success of the company. The leadership department does a phenomenal job at ensuring that every employee's opinions are heard, they really listen to you, they take your opinions in, they implement changes just to make sure that every single person here is happy and successful in everything that we do.
