Katherine Garcia: I like working at Velocity because of the culture here. The team does a really good job at being welcoming, fun and exciting. The leadership comes up with great activities for team building. Every single day we come in and we have busy workloads, but they come up with a friendly competition to keep us motivated and engaged and reward us with amazing incentives. Every week we're getting new jobs or signing more organizations and we have the opportunity to talk to all sorts of different people to help fill these organizations roles. And these people come from so many diverse backgrounds and we are constantly learning so many new things every single day and it keeps work exciting. So, I do really like working here and I can't wait to see what Velocity continues to do.
