What challenges were you facing that Velocity helped you overcome?
Craig Pruett: One of the biggest challenges that we were facing here at Waste Management was just finding qualified people. That's what I truly loved about Velocity - was the fact that not only did they find us a good source of people, but they were qualified people. And that makes a huge difference because typically using other outside sources, we could get a list of people, but they were bodies, they weren't really people that were qualified to do the job. And that's one of the things that I really appreciated working with Velocity, was the fact that they did deliver good qualified people. Several of which we have, we have extended offers out to right now that interviewed really well - came back into the shop, we ran them through some tests and they qualified really high. So that's what I really appreciated. That's one of the hurdles that Velocity helped me overcome was, was finding qualified candidates that, that we could use here in the shop.
What have been the greatest benefits of working with the Velocity team?
Craig Pruett: What have been the greatest benefits of working with Velocity... Working with Velocity has been very easy for myself. They're very open to communication. We've set up weekly meetings where we meet with them so they understand my, my wants and needs they always have a representative that's available to me whenever I need them to answer any questions or sift through information or ask potential candidates questions for me. So it took some of the leg work out of what I actually had to do. So that's what it's been working with Velocity. It's been very easy for me to be able to do that.
If you had to tell someone why they should work with Velocity - what would you say?
Craig Pruett: If I had to tell someone why they should work with Velocity, it'd be, it'd be very easy to say. And that would be because they do the leg work, they take the burden off of you and allow you to focus on what you need to do while they hunt down qualified candidates according to the parameters you've set up, they've done every bit of that for me. they've just made my life very easy finding the right people. So, why? I would tell them that exact reason - they do the leg work, they find you the right people, they get the job done that, that I haven't been able to find, using anybody else. And that's what I really appreciate about them. And that's why I would recommend them to anybody that I have worked with in the past, that I know, or, or is looking for somebody and that has asked for information. I would definitely point out to Velocity.
