Andrea Frelka: Hi, I'm Andrea Frelka, Vice President of Business Development with Velocity Resource Group. We've been sharing the many reasons to partner with Velocity. And today I get to share our capabilities to find a wider, more diverse talent pipeline. And what's more, our clients can feel confident that they have the most diverse talent pipeline that they can actually find. And that would include a wide variety of things such as gender, ethnicity, diversity of thought, military experience. And some of our clients are even looking for diverse industries so that they can get a fresh perspective. So at the end of the day, that's what you get with Velocity, you get to see what that talent landscape looks like organically. And the beauty behind Velocity and sourcing is that the talent pool is the talent pool. We can't create people that aren't there.
