What was the main challenge you needed to overcome with Vecteris ?
TRAVIS ANSEL: Hi, my name is Travis Ansel. I'm CEO of HSG Advisors. We're a healthcare data analytics and management consultancy. We met the Vecteris team, working with Jaime and JeiLi and Nicole, after reading Productize. Our company was looking to turn more of our consulting and advisory services, into, either productized services, or, in some cases, actual products. We found working with Jaime and team to be extremely helpful, in helping us focus where our gaps were and kind of build an overall plan not only to move, you know, our processes forward, but also help bring our people along.
Could you describe how the Vecteris Productize Pathway® solution helped your business, including any metrics that come to mind?
TRAVIS ANSEL: The Vecteris Productize Pathway® solution was really helpful for us as a services company that had a lot of people focused on services and whose career has been in services. So having someone be able to apply a framework that helped us organize our thinking, organize our people, and processes and kind of get everyone focused on what do we have and what can we do with it versus what don't we have and what do we need, what we need to be able to move in the direction that we wanted to, was extremely helpful for us.
What has been the most significant impact of working with Vecteris?
TRAVIS ANSEL: Most significant impact for us working with Vecteris has really been organizing our leadership team, helping, helping organize our thinking around how our products and services should evolve, as well as kind of having a structure to bring our team members into the accelerators have been extremely helpful in getting our team some, some of the coaching they need that, that probably can't or shouldn't come from our senior team, as well as, you know, having just having an outside resource that's kind of seen and been where we're trying to go, and was flexible enough to kind of work within our needs, as opposed to just bringing a model saying, you know, we needed to go somewhere, the Vecteris team has been willing to try to understand where we're going and, and basically help us kind of think through how we get there, which is been extremely helpful.
