What changes have you noticed in your practice since joining VaxCare?
Brenda Nieser: So there's a lot of changes that I've noticed since VaxCare has joined our practice. First one is that's very cost efficient to us and also our patients. The second thing I've noticed is that it's very easy for the MA To get in and get out, get the shots that they need to get the patients moving on their way. It's just three simple steps. That's awesome.
How does VaxCare make you more confident as a manager, physician, or owner?
Brenda Nieser: VaxCare makes me more confident as a manager because I know that the MA are also making a lot less mistakes because of how VaxCare is very helpful. It helps us look at it and see if we're missing any vaccines. It's very helpful also to get the vaccines in and out, and if we have trouble, there's someone that we can call
Why would you recommend practices abandon the old way of buying/managing/billing for vaccines?
Brenda Nieser: I would definitely recommend VaxCare to other practices and recommend them abandoning the old ways of buying, managing and billing for vaccines. Because basically VaxCare does all that for you. It helps the days go smoother, and it also helps the MA they catch on quickly on how to check out vaccines, and it's really easy.
