Literally and figuratively always answering the call.
Day in day out, busy season, normal season, you're always taking care of our customers.
Joe Loveless: You guys are amazing for sure. You guys are the glue that holds everything together.
Ryan Lauer: You have a very difficult job, whether it's answering questions that our partners have during their first few weeks of joining VaxCaare to helping them find missing doses. You are an integral part of this company
Kirsten Ellzey: I've been in accounts where we have gone live. One this past year where they received warm vaccines and you were a resource for me. I got on the phone with you. We did the items or the return that we needed. You got them the items that they needed. It was a great experience on both sides and I'm so thankful to have you there to lean on and the partner was extremely grateful as well.
David Knight: I reached out to the Customer Care team through a couple of tickets and Bethany Wright and Abby Walloch in the same day. Within a few hours, they figured out the problem and were able to communicate back to me what the problem is and how they were fixing it.

Dominique Howie: I want to shout out a few people like Lenny, Myra, Parker, Ted, Geovanny. There's so many that have helped me with this partner, but I just want to say a big big thank you for all of your help and support. I really appreciate it.
Kirsten Ellzey: From day one I told this partner that we had a team of Customer Care experts to help support us when anything goes wrong.
Kirsten Ellzey: I want to give a special shout out to Kes, Seth, and Michael. I had a partner go live in July and due to unforeseen circumstances these three really stepped up and helped me out.
Daniel Bridges: Sarah reached out about how CVX works in our system and how to make sure the right CVX is being communicated to a partner and I just want to commend her for chasing down every possible avenue and every possible person she could to try to figure it out and really understand it on the partner's behalf.
Ryan Lauer: With the impending Hurricane about to hit Orlando earlier this week I reached out to David and Jim and just asked if there was anything that we should do or could do to secure our mobile hub and hub inventory with our storage providers. And within minutes, Jim and David had gotten back to me and told me they were already on it.
You guys don't realize that you play such a pivotal role at this organization and you've helped me out tremendously in my short stint here. I know sometimes it may feel like your work goes unnoticed or you're taken for granted, but I want to be the first to tell you that you are noticed and I can't thank you enough.
Joe Loveless: I think just one of the things I've seen time and time again is the responsiveness of each one of the team members when working through even interdepartment communication. And how quick the entire team is to make sure that whatever it is we're trying to get back to the partner that we're trying to do it in a timely fashion.
Stepping back if you look at even the metrics that show not only the volume of work that you all do, but the quality in which you do it. You operate at a world class level and you do that with VaxCare values every single day.
Dominique Howie: I just really appreciate you guys showing up and helping out.
