What’s your name and position at Vantiva, and how long have you been with the company?
Tracy Coogan: Hi, I'm Tracy Coogan. I'm head of Americas Marketing at Vantiva I joined a company earlier this year as part of the company acquisition of Commscope Home Networks business unit.
What are two words that describe your colleague's work style and why?
Tracy Coogan: First word popped in my mind is collaborative. The legacy Vantiva team has been very welcoming to us coming from the commscope side, they're open to our new ideas and suggestions. Both team are willing to work together to optimize our work processes and plans. The team is also progressive in the era of A I We're all very open to the new technology that can help us to do our job better as of right now, we've already started to use this new tool resources along with our creative ideas to elevate the marketing to the next level.
What were some of the initial challenges you faced during the integration, and how were they overcome?
Tracy Coogan: It's always challenging for people at the time of change. But being open minded agile and resilient, I'm able to adapt to the new environment and team quickly, I could start to make contributions while learning more knowledge at the same time.
Can you share an example of a successful collaboration between the two teams (Legacy Vantiva and Legacy CommScope)?
Tracy Coogan: When we were developing campaigns earlier this year, the two teams shared previous year strategy plans and results. After analyzing the results, we combined the strength and lesson learned from both sides and developed new campaign plan which would potentially lead to better results.
How do you see the combined expertise of both teams benefiting Vantiva moving forward?
Tracy Coogan: Both teams have great experience and expertise in the marketing field. We can leverage the strengths from everyone to make bigger contribution to support Vantiva's business goal.
