What is your name, where are you from, and what is your current position and responsibilities at Vantiva?
Feng Na: My name is Feng Na, I am from Beijing. My current position at Vantiva is IPL manager, I am responsible for industrialization related work such as Agile BOM creation and maintenance, industrialization documents Agile process, DFM etc
If you could describe yourself in three words, what would they be?
Feng Na: I would like to use sincere, firm, goal orientation to describe myself
What opportunities for growth and development have you had at Vantiva?
Feng Na: Vantiva has provided a lot of learning and growing opportunities to us. We learn a lot from one another I started as customization engineer, moved to team leader and now IPL manager
How would you describe the company culture and work environment?
Feng Na: I think Vantiva’s culture includes equal respect, innovation, diversity and truly cares about work-life balance for employees
What advice would you give to someone considering joining the company?
Feng Na: My advice to a new comer would be: keep positive attitude, keep curiosity keep passion for work and keep learning.
