What is your name, where are you from, and what is your current position and responsibilities at Vantiva?
Cécile Maiffret: Hello, my name is Cécile Maiffret I am working as a senior sales manager in Vantiva in Paris headquarters. My main responsibilities is to take care and grow sales with our distributors in Europe.
If you could describe yourself in three words, what would they be?
Cécile Maiffret: Enthusiastic, confident and friendly are the three words I would like to pick up to describe myself. My enthusiasm allows me to stay focused at work and motivated and find importance in the things I am doing. My confidence helps me to recognize my abilities, but also knowing that I still have room to improve. And I would like to describe myself as friendly because I enjoy interacting with my customers and my colleagues every day.
What do you enjoy most about your role at Vantiva?
Cécile Maiffret: What I enjoy the most about my role at Vantiva is the initiative level I have in my daily work. The company is fully trusting its employees and also encourages its employees to push the boundaries.
How has Vantiva supported you during challenging times or personal situations?
Cécile Maiffret: During challenging times or personal situations. Vantiva is always very supportive. Let me take the example of COVID when we had to stay at home, managing both work and family. Vantiva was very fast adapting to the new situation, helping each other to find the right balance and also not overwhelm people with zoom and team meetings. Also what is unique to Vantiva is the program towards people with disabilities, offering tailor-made
equipment, medical care and additional stay off.
What advice would you give to someone considering joining the company?
Cécile Maiffret: My advice I would give to someone considering joining Vantiva is to be a good listener and be patient.
