What’s your name and position at Vantiva, and how long have you been with the company ?
Alessandra Cosimato: I am Alessandra Cosimato, Head of marketing and i joined Vantiva about a year and a half ago.
What are two words that describe your colleague's work style and why?
Alessandra Cosimato: Well, first of all, I would say curious, from the very beginning, the team from home networks quickly investigated Vantiva's operations to adapt to the new company seamlessly, So they asked numerous questions proactively just to ensure that they were aligned and on the same page with us. Secondly, I would say skilled for sure Vantiva acquired numerous professionals with extensive expertise in the field across all departments.
What were some of the initial challenges you faced during the integration, and how were they overcome?
Alessandra Cosimato: Well, integrations are inherently tough and challenging. So we had our share of hurdles initially, restructuring teams and processes pose the most significant challenges. But I have to say that everyone made an effort to overcome these challenges. And throughout the whole process, resilience was crucial.
Can you share an example of a successful collaboration between the two teams (Legacy Vantiva and Legacy CommScope)?
Alessandra Cosimato: So after the initial discovery phase, the company dedicated a lot of effort to ensuring that both teams had the necessary knowledge and tools to start integrating smoothly. So both teams actually really worked hard on this and this collaborative effort helped us complete these tasks very quickly.
How do you see the combined expertise of both teams benefiting Vantiva moving forward?
Alessandra Cosimato: Well, I think that in good times and bad there is always learning from experience and the new synergy emerging from the combined experiences and expertise will be an important asset to the company and facilitate the achievement of our business goals.
