Why did you choose Unreal Estate (formerly USRealty) to sell your property?
Ronald S.: I occasionally buy houses at sheriff's auction, fix them up and resell them when I'm ready to sell. I like to list the house in the MLS (book) without having to pay seller's commission to a real estate agent, because I do most of the work myself. So Unreal Estate (formerly USRealty) was the lowest cost way to get that done.
What was your favorite benefit of selling with Unreal Estate?
Ronald S.: My favorite benefit with Unreal Estate was getting the listing into the MLS (book), so it had exposure to a lot of real estate agents.
Why would you recommend others sell with Unreal Estate?
Ronald S.: I would recommend this approach for anybody who has a regular residence for sale and is comfortable with reading and executing contracts, especially since, at least in my state, most of the work is really done by the title company. It's not that difficult to sell a house and, deal with the contracts and the closing. Obviously, this will save you a ton of money compared to going through a selling (local) realtor.
