Why did you choose Unreal Estate (formerly USRealty) to sell your property?
Adam Z.: The reason I picked Unreal Estate (formerly USRealty) is because of 1. The amount of publicity that they do online and 2. They're price point great prices, great service. And they have a lot of options with different packages. And I was able to sell my house within the first 3 - 4 weeks. It was done. I did end up paying a commission to the (buy side) broker because the buyer came in eventually as he had a broker which picks up the commission, which was fine. We still saved a lot of money on the other (sell) side, not paying the sell side broker. Overall service: GREAT! Thank you!

Adam Z.: I definitely recommend Unreal Estate, to others to save on the commission when selling their property, I will definitely use them again.
