Why should you attend this event?
Eric M.: One of the greatest things about this event is that you're actually working on your business rather than in your business. So if you're not sure about whether you should do it or not, I would highly recommend it. It definitely made me think about it more about what I actually needed to do just to differentiate myself, and also to bring all of my disparate practices and the services I offered to my clients together. So I thought it was highly worthwhile doing, and I would strongly recommend it to anybody who actually was thinking about coming.
What were your thoughts after attending the event?
Eric M.: Overall, I really liked the event. In actual fact, I've been happier to do it for even longer. There was a lot of content and some really great ideas that I hadn't really thought about, especially the one with respect to actually having a name for your system or process a great way for giving your clients and your potential clients something to be able to hang their hat on to remember so that they can actually pass it on to their friends so they can actually be a referral source. So that was probably the biggest thing I took away from me and it made me really think about my process overall.
